Avon Technologies has celebrated the successful completion of its first Mini MBA cohort, marking an important milestone in the Company's commitment to developing future leaders and strengthening strategic capability across the Group. 

Delivered in partnership with 3Horizons, the six-month programme was designed to equip a select group of high-potential leaders with the skills, insight and confidence to help shape the future of Avon. Combining strategy, finance, economics and commercial leadership, participants were challenged to think beyond their functional roles and develop a broader understanding of how long-term value is created. 

What sets the Mini MBA apart is its focus on real-world application. Participants worked in cross-functional teams on strategic challenges linked to Avon Protection and Team Wendy, using data, analysis and customer insight to develop recommendations that could support future growth and value creation. 

The programme culminated in a presentation to the Avon Technologies plc Board, providing participants with the opportunity to share their recommendations, engage directly with senior leadership and contribute to discussions on the Group's future direction.

The Mini MBA forms part of Avon Technologies' long-term investment in leadership development and reflects the Company's belief that its future success will be driven by talented people equipped to think strategically, embrace change and turn ambition into action.
