Celebrating Continuous Improvement Certification Achievements
We’re proud to recognise 135 colleagues who have achieved Continuous Improvement (CI) certifications over the past year, reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.
The CI certification programme was introduced to recognise the importance of continuous improvement methodologies in strengthening the business. The programme offers four structured levels of certification, acknowledging colleagues’ participation in improvement initiatives, completion of learning modules, and demonstrated understanding of CI tools, theories and ways of working.
Over the last 12 months, employees across the organisation have shown exceptional dedication to improving how work is done, actively contributing to kaizens and applying improvement thinking to deliver lasting impact. In total, more than 13% of the company’s workforce has now achieved formal CI certification.
These achievements highlight the growing depth of CI capability across the organisation and the strong engagement of colleagues at all levels.
“Continuous improvement is powered by curiosity, collaboration and the drive to make things better every day,” said Jos Sclater, CEO. “These colleagues have demonstrated real commitment to our CI approach, and their efforts are helping to embed an improvement mindset across the business.”
