Team Wendy has successfully completed a three‑day on‑site ISO 9001 recertification audit and has been recommended for recertification, enabling the business to retain its ISO 9001 certification for the next three years.

We recently marked the conclusion of our 5th Professional Development Programme (PDP5), with 14 participants showcasing their year-long journey of growth, learning and impact to our Executive and SBU Leadership teams.

We are pleased to support Veterans in Action (VIA) in its VE-80 Overland Expedition, a 4,000 mile journey across Europe commemorating the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe. The expedition set out from the VIA Centre in Andover on the morning of 8th May, 2025.

We’re proud to be celebrating the Cadillac Leadership Programme - an initiative that has empowered many of our employees to engage with the community, develop new skills, and apply their talents and passions to make a positive impact.

In June, a group of fearless individuals from Team Wendy participated in the VisionCorps Eye Drop Rappelling Event in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, bravely descending the side of a 120-ft. building. This is the fifth year Team Wendy has supported the event, and the second year Team Wendy has participated.

Across our sites, our employees demonstrate incredible generosity and dedication to making an impact in the local communities. We’re proud to highlight a number of the causes that resonate with our team and the difference they are collectively making through our Charitable Giving Programme and other community initiatives.
