Celebrating our people: FIERCE Awards recognise outstanding contributions across the business
Over the past two months, teams across all our sites came together to celebrate excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement at our FIERCE award ceremonies.
The FIERCE Awards celebrate individuals who consistently demonstrate our FIERCE behaviours or who have made significant contributions to continuous improvement across the organisation. The shortlist was drawn from nominations submitted through our manager recognition programme, which enables leaders to recognise and celebrate these achievements.
These celebrations highlight the outstanding commitment, passion and dedication shown by our people every day – and their role in shaping a positive culture and driving our business forward.
