This is the Defined Contribution or ‘DC’ section of the Plan. If you are a UK based employee, you will automatically be enrolled into the DC section of the plan and will pay in contributions via a salary sacrifice arrangement. The contributions you make into the Plan will be matched by the Company up to 7.5% of your salary.

The administrators for the DC section of the plan are Standard Life.
