Team Wendy has successfully completed a three‑day on‑site ISO 9001 recertification audit and has been recommended for recertification, enabling the business to retain its ISO 9001 certification for the next three years.

We’re proud to recognise 135 colleagues who have achieved Continuous Improvement certifications over the past year, reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.

In November, our second cohort of participants travelled to Japan to take part in a weeklong programme focused on hands-on learning of continuous improvement (CI) tools and practices.

Community involvement is a core value we’re proud to support through our FIERCE Committee and charitable giving program. Throughout 2025, the Cadillac committee has proudly sponsored several local events and initiatives - driven by employee suggestions and supported by our amazing volunteers.

We recently marked the conclusion of our 5th Professional Development Programme (PDP5), with 14 participants showcasing their year-long journey of growth, learning and impact to our Executive and SBU Leadership teams.

We are pleased to support Veterans in Action (VIA) in its VE-80 Overland Expedition, a 4,000 mile journey across Europe commemorating the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe. The expedition set out from the VIA Centre in Andover on the morning of 8th May, 2025.
